Some time ago I have the pleasure to meet the Japanese chef Atsushi Tanaka, owner of the renowned restaurant AT in Paris. He was invited to cook in the restaurant Late im Kloster UND, from the Austrian chef Charly Teuschl, for the Wachau gourmet festival. A very focus and calm mind working in every detail around kitchen and service while preparing amazing food for this luxury dinner. A unique and delicate style also such a nice and friendly human been. I was overwhelmed by the high quality of his work. Here you can see some of the pictures I took that night.
